We work hard to make sure everything is perfect. That’s why we inflate your custom inflatable for a full 24 hours before we hand it off to you - to make sure there are absolutely no issues we need to address. When you get your Kottoyi inflatable, you can be sure it’s going to work perfectly.

Advanced Equipment

We use the most advanced High frequency welding machines on the market to ensure products are made with high precision and accuracy. High frequency welding machines execute, by some electrodes, three processes simultaneously: welding, embossing and cutting on PVC without fabric. The machines are equipped with an electronic anti-discharge circuit, cycle times’ timer and/or PLC, protection devices against radio frequency electronic fields.

Because the PVC fabric itself is relatively soft and fragile, for the protection of the product, we will design a unique and practical packaging solution for each product to ensure that the product will not be worn and damaged during transportation.
